Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Guyana Gold and Diamond Miners Association [GGDMA] will be holding its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the GGDMA Secretariat, 29 North Road, Bourda, Georgetown.
AGENDA
1. Meeting called to Order.
2. Address by the outgoing President of GGDMA (Mr. Andron Alphonso). 3. Report by Administrator (Mr. Avalon Jagnandan).
4. Auditors’ Report for the period January to December 2022 (Mr. Patrick Harding). 5. Appointment of an Auditor.
6. Tabling of Motions.
7. Election of Executives to the GGDMA Committee of Management for the period 2023-2025.
8. Remarks by the incoming President of the GGDMA (2023-2025).
9. Floor open to Membership.
Please note: Only Financial Members should attend this meeting. Proxies should reach the Association no later than 15:00 hrs. (3 pm) on Friday October 20th 2023. Motions to be tabled at this AGM should be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to October 25, 2023.
Financial members are requested to make a special effort to attend this meeting.
